When should I book? As soon as possible!
We are currently booking out 2-3 months in advance. It is recommended to give notice of 4-6 months for holiday care. 

A 50% non-refundable deposit may be requested at the time of booking. 

In order to ensure the safety of your pets, all pets must be visited at least once a day. Every other day check ins are not offered at this time.

At this time we require all pets to be able to go a standard 8 hour work day + commute time in order to book. We do not offer mid day check in services due to current day time availability.

Plans change if you need to modify a reservation for any reason please let us know as soon as possible. 

If you need to cancel your service, please let us know as soon as possible, as it is time that could be spent caring for another pet. 

Cancelations may be made at any time. If made within 3 weeks of your intended stay any deposit made will be fully refunded to you. Cancelations after this time may be subject to 50% charge of their stay (no additional charge if a deposit was taken).
